I am trained and experienced in working with a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, sleep problems, self injury, relationship issues, work issues. I have experience working with a variety of populations from children and adolescents to adults. I am an ally to the LGBTQ community.
