Discussing the challenges you've been through is a vulnerable place, but also one that can be full of growth and clarity. I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with some of life's big transitions. I utilize an integrative approach to create a safe, trauma informed space to build regulation and communication skills, and process trauma. I have a background in work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, college students, perinatal clients, children in foster care birth to 21. Trauma and transitions are each taxing in their own profound ways, but each can lead to change. I'm here to hold that space with you.
