Within the relationships that I build with individuals, I work to meet them where they are at and grow from there. My approach is being open, empathetic, and relational as that allows for us to develop trust in working through some of life's most delicate moments. Whether these moments are processed through creative modalities, such as art and play, or by being able to talk, process, or seek guidance, I try to ensure trust is built as a cornerstone of our relationship. It is important to me that individuals feel safe in exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors within our therapeutic space.
