My goal is to help you better understand and overcome the obstacles that are preventing you from having the life you desire. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and specialize in providing care during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I believe in the power of connection and the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in meeting you wherever you are on your journey and providing a safe, judgment free space to tell your story.
