Recovery starts with one step. Relapse is predictable and preventable. Our clients are seeking support because they are ready to make a change in their life. They struggle with substance use disorder and know it affects their health, relationships, self-worth, or ability to function at their best. Often, they choose a virtual program because they need flexibility, balance work, family and recovery. We offer a nonjudgemental space where they can be honest, learn from others and work with professionals who understand the complexity of addiction and comorbidity. We can help clients feel more in control of their emotions, manage stress in healthier ways, gain insight into SUD, and rebuild trust to people that matter to him.
