Navigating our world has become increasingly difficult over recent years, and our young people face obstacles more challenging than ever before. When our brains are built in unique ways, relationships in the home, school, and with our peers and family are even more difficult. I have extensive experience working with families and children of all ages, ages 10-18. Children and teens with special and unique needs such as Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, childhood grief and loss, and emotional regulation and anxiety are my specialty. I enjoy empowering adults of any age. Women's Midlife challenges are also an area I have experience in.
