My name is Jill Pederson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, California and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and young adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, and behavioral issues such as defiance and difficulty managing anger. I use a variety of clinical approaches, based on the needs of my client; although I do find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is often a very effective approach in helping clients meet their goals.
