My approach is client centered, warm and grounded in the belief that each person is an expert in their own life. I do my best to meet clients where they are at and work toward their goals and ambitions, as well as break patterns that are no longer serving them. I offer insight, curiosity, humor, and gentle challenges while providing a sounding board for clients to navigate the challenges they are facing. My theoretical orientation is varied based on the needs of each client.
