Taking the first step to seek help for yourself can be scary and overwhelming, but once the first step is taken, it becomes easier to take the next few. It can be difficult to manage life on life’s terms by yourself. You are not alone, as I am here to help you through life’s unexpectancies. Whether you are struggling with current stressors, past life experiences or everything far and in between, help is here. My role is to listen, guide, support and empower those who are struggling. I aim to provide a open-minded, safe, and empathic environment to explore your stressors, concerns and life experiences without judgment.
