I aspire to be a compassionate therapist who helps clients explore meaning, deepen self-understanding, and build lives rooted in connection and purpose. I have a calm, laid-back style, fostering authentic connection. Treatment will be tailored to each person's unique needs, always keeping you at the center of our work. While trained in a variety of approaches, I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Anchored Relational Model (formerly AIR network) to help my clients find peace in their lives. Change is hard and scary, but on the other end of it, life can be fulfilling and wonderful. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Psychotherapy which accelerates the treatment of disturbing life events that impact current functioning. Advanced Complex PTSD and Developmental Trauma Training: Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR Network) model, taught by the Midwest Center for Trauma and Emotional Healing.
