Accepting New Patients adults, teens and couples. I am passionate about providing my clients with a safe space to find support and instill hope. We will focus on your strengths and find new tools to manage challenges. I will not only provide supportive therapy but will also teach you about emotion regulation skills, mindfulness practices, and grounding techniques to allow you to feel resilient and empowered to cope better with the challenges of life. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago. I have been affiliated with Endeavor Health Evanston and Highland Park Hospitals- OBGYN Department, public and private schools and experienced in hospice care. Certified in DBT, Complex Trauma and Anxiety Disorders.
