I know how hard it is to feel stuck, powerless, overwhelmed or alone. I provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals, couples, and families to develop positive and long-lasting change in their lives. I guide clients towards long-term goals in the areas of mental wellness, personal growth, and relationship success and work collaboratively to identify patterns that inhibit progress. Additionally, I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and have extensive experience with pregnant and postpartum women as well as new fathers.
