I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed to practice in California. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. I am privileged to be able to help individuals' in managing life transitions and identifying and implementing goals. My areas of expertise include substance abuse, managing mood disorders, life stage transitions and grief and loss. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. My passion is helping others to manage the ups and downs of life and to assist individuals in developing and implementing goals.
