Part of being human is that we experience many different emotions throughout our lives. Situations can come up that are unexpected and create problems. We may also find ourselves at a crossroad having to sort through difficult emotions from the present and the past. Whatever it is that you may be experiencing, I offer you an environment where you can feel comfortable so that you can make changes in your life. I see my role as facilitating a process for change. This includes helping you to identify your strengths, clarify your values, educate you on the change process and advocate and coach as needed.
