My practice specializes in COUPLES as well as individuals who want to grow together and let go of old patterns that aren’t serving them anymore. Your therapy has to feel like a good fit, so I use my curiosity and experience to help us discover what feels right. I hope to offer safety in our sessions together, bringing warmth, respect and humor to the relationship. I also work with individuals on issues of recovery, codependency, chronic pain and illness, relationship and intimacy issues, NPD abuse healing, anxiety/depression and early attachment wounds. I also work with neuroplastic pain and the fear that can worsen symptoms.
