My belief regarding therapy is that it takes a strong person to make the decision to seek it; to acknowledge s/he may need some help. I offer a warm,supportive, and interactive environment. My experience in the field of social work is vast and because it exceeds 20 years, I am able to offer assistance in many areas.I believe we all have strengths we may/not be aware of. Therapy often helps a person to be more aware of his/her strengths and often provides an impetus for change.
