Drawing on more than two decades of experience, I take an individualized approach to each patient's past experiences, current concerns and hopes for the future. I am psychodynamically oriented but interactive and I incorporate cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness strategies when appropriate. As part of my work with children and adolescents I collaborate with parents, teachers and other supporting professionals.
