Hello. Welcome. My name is Jill Waite. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of CT and a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of NH. My training and education is as a clinical psychologist with advanced training and education in neuropsychology. I have 11-years of experience providing support and guidance to those struggling with a mental illness, relationship challenges, or emotional and mental unwellness. During your first session, it is helpful for me to learn about you - the reasons why you are reaching out for mental health support, how you have been managing the stressors causing your mental health symptoms, and what you hope to walk away with at the end of your first appointment and therapeutic journey.
