Together, we’ll explore your goals, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and create healthier, more authentic ways of navigating life. I specialize in working with those healing from trauma, PTSD, abuse/neglect histories, and sexual health concerns. As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional, I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, IFS and DBT to help you move forward with confidence.
