My name is Jilla Lavian. I am a licensed clinical social worker based in California working with clients statewide via telehealth. I use a variety of approaches in my work depending on the needs of my clients including client-centered cognitive behavioral with psychodynamic perspective and mindfulness. I work with adults from ages 18 to 100 on a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I am also trained as a transformational life coach.
