I believe that therapy can, and should, get a little radical. This will mirror some of my approaches in our work. Taking the time and energy to do a deep dive into who we are, why, how to heal, to better ourselves and our world? To face trauma or loss? This is an amazing undertaking. I specialize in working with women/mothers/LGBTQIA, not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Postpartum Depression/Anxiety, motherhood identity, parenting, relationships, sex(uality), and life changes. I also specialize in working with teens that struggle with Depression, Anxiety, identity, suicide ideation, LGBTQIA and questioning youth.
