I work with young adults in their twenties and thirties navigating life in New York City. Many are high-achieving, perfectionistic, and outwardly successful, yet struggle with anxiety, depression, attachment patterns, or eating disorders. At the start of therapy, they struggle with a strong inner critic, rumination, or self-doubt. My clients will gain skills to help quiet their critical voice and strengthen a more compassionate one, gain clarity around their identity and values, and heal early relational wounds through deep, trauma-informed, relational work.
