I am currently accepting clients! Are you constantly overwhelmed and/or burnt out? Do you have a lack of motivation and increased fatigue? It's time to design a life that is meant for YOU. Together, we will explore what your unique needs are and develop skills to accommodate you. With the right support, the life challenges that you are currently experiencing will become more manageable. My approach is mindfulness and skills based, we will learn how to break down and solve each obstacle together. I believe in having open therapeutic relationships, you will never have to guess what I am thinking! I also regularly provide homework, since life change only happens when you apply what you learn!
