I help LGBTQIA+ and nonbinary individuals, women, and creatives build fulfilling relationships with themselves and others by exploring authentic needs, emotions, and patterns. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, body image, disordered eating, perfectionism, identity exploration, creative blocks, and career stress. Together, we can discover how your lived experiences have shaped you and brought you here today. I firmly believe that much of our emotional distress is a natural response to systemic inequality and oppression—not a personal failing.
