Are you feeling worried, disconnected, or troubled by past experiences? Are you struggling with your personal relationships or often feeling angry? You are not alone in these feelings, and I am ready to support you. I graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I have also spent time studying approaches abroad and have a large worldview. I have enjoyed supporting a diverse set of individuals from all walks of life. Come as you are and we will work together to identify solutions to help you find fulfillment. Our minds and bodies are not as separate as one may think, and I am ready to incorporate Christian principals into your care if that is desired. My integrative therapeutic approach centers around spirituality, celebrates who you are, and incorporates both nature and natural movements. I look forward to working together to help you achieve your goals.
