Welcome to the first step in the journey to improving your mental health. My name is Jill and I am a graduate of Long Island University where I obtained my Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters. I am a dedicated mental health professional who is committed to creating a non-judgemental, genuine, collaborative, and empathic environment. I utilize a strengths-based approach to support my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation which helps my clients make positive change. I believe in empowering my clients to foster their personal growth and guide them to their journey of healing. I have experience in aiding clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, maladaptive behaviors and self-esteem/confidence building.
