My private practice is called Perigee Mental Health, LLC. I received my Master's in Social Work from New York University in 2013. I specialize in the management of anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions, and self betterment. I'm a down-to-earth therapist who values real, meaningful connection over surface-level positivity. I believe that healing happens when we can show up as our true selves—without pressure to "stay positive" or push away difficult emotions.
