Hello, I’m so glad you're exploring therapy. I frequently work with couples, parents and families. I also enjoy working with individual adolescents and adults, particularly around issues of identity formation, life transitions, difficult family or partner relationships, spirituality, grief, trauma and anxiety. I have experience working cross-culturally as well as working professionals facing leadership challenges. In my therapeutic work, I seek to blend a client-centered, attachment-focused approach with a psychodynamic perspective. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore all experiences or concerns confidentially, honoring the vulnerability and courage that therapy often requires. I integrate psychoeducation because I believe being informed empowers us. I am also passionate about the therapeutic benefits of nature and have served as a wilderness guide.
