From a young age, I've been drawn to the power of human connection and the ways we can heal, grow, and thrive - even after deep pain. As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a background in Psychology from the University of Colorado, I bring both clinical expertise and deep compassion to my work with clients across the lifespan. My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative. I see therapy as a space where people can feel safe, seen, and empowered - where we can work together processing the past, finding current clarity, and building hope for the future.
