I will work with you to create a plan for healing and growth and will journey with you in pursuit of your goals, building on your strengths and fostering self-discovery, towards a more joyful and fulfilling life for you. I have extensive training and experience in working with adults, children and families who are experiencing a wide range of challenges including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, behavioral challenges, learning disabilities, developmental disorders, ADHD/ADD, divorce, blended families, adoption, body-image and self-esteem issues, etc. for one or more family members.
