About

I work with college-aged and adult women who are struggling with anxiety/depression, relationship issues, body dissatisfaction, bingeing and overeating, and issues with life transitions. It is my job to ask the right questions and help you to understand yourself and your patterns of behavior better. In addition to being a compassionate and active listener I also like to offer up tangible tools that you can use to begin to make the kinds of changes you want to see in your life. In my food and body relationship work I come from a weight-neutral perspective and work within a HAES (Health at Every Size) framework.
