Ready for some positive change? You deserve to be seen, heard, and empowered in a safe space. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, weight and body inclusive. My specialities include supporting people impacted by trauma especially sexual and domestic abuse, eating disorders and body image concerns. I also greatly enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those questioning their gender & sexuality. My specialities are informed by ongoing clinical training as well as lived experience. I support a wide array of concerns beyond these including life, relationship, and career transitions, anxiety, OCD, ADHD.
