I work with adults who have experienced childhood trauma/abuse/neglect, those exposed to domestic violence or sexual assault, and individuals experiencing PTSD. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem can cause difficulties in your relationships and make you feel stuck in your life. I help people who may be carrying the weight of their past, feel their life is out of balance, or who are not living up to their full potential. If you'd like to relate better to those around you, learn new ways of coping, change negative behaviors, and improve your overall wellness I can help. I offer morning and weekend appointments.
