I believe therapy is for everyone—whether you're navigating a major life change, healing from the past, or simply wanting to know yourself better. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with kids, teens, adults, and families across various settings and I value building real, supportive relationships with my clients. I’m especially passionate about learning each person’s unique story. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow in ways that feel meaningful and lasting. Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, watching a favorite show, or relaxing with my cats.
