I am a firm believer that therapy is an aid to your own continued development and process. If you are reading this, you are making a significant decision for yourself and your growth. WAHOO! Some focuses I enjoy working with are anxiety, perfectionism, identity, depression, and the “I don't know what's happening” areas of life. Therapy with me is warm, direct, and focused. I appreciate transparency, collaboration, willingness, and curiosity within the space we build together. My goal is to encourage and guide you to bring the tools we discuss into the outside world.
