Life happens, and sometimes we need support along the way. Seeking out someone to help, listen and explore ways of dealing with life’s challenges can ease the anxiety of it all. My experience involves working with children, adolescents, families, and adults who have been victims of a crime, experienced grief, anxiety and/or depression along with treating First Responder and Front Line Workers. I specialize in treating challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, C-PTSD (complex trauma), and daily stressors.
