I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults dealing with a range of mental health concerns and life stressors, including: anxiety disorders; mood disorders; relationship concerns; academic and job concerns; LGBTQIA+ and multicultural concerns; grief and loss; and concerns related to life transitions and adjustments. I specialize in perinatal mental health and am particularly passionate about supporting new parents as they adjust to the demands of parenthood. I also specialize in working with young adults and college/graduate students.
