The world is a lot right now and most of us are in need of more support and community! My priority as your therapist is to offer a safe, affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe in a real, relational, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I have a special passion for supporting LGBTQ+ clients as well as those navigating religious trauma, body acceptance, anxiety, and OCD. My goal in session is to show up authentically, meet you where you are, and work together to walk through the messy and beautiful parts of life!
