I am a strengths-based therapist who works with adults, children, and adolescents. I enjoy supporting and partnering with their parents to foster growth and change for the child-parent. I also support young adults transitioning into a new phase of life at work or personally (marriage, parenting, divorce). I am solution-focused and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help my clients with regulating their emotional ups and downs as well as slowing down the stream of thoughts they often experience due to their busy, hectic lives.
