Acknowledging how systemic oppression shapes lives across generations, I practice through a decolonized, anti-oppressive lens, actively challenging ableism, racism, sexism, capitalism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and anti-fatness. I firmly believes that emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual challenges are best understood in the context of one’s environment, social setting, and intersecting identities. In therapy with me, clients are invited to engage in “radical” actions that cultivate joy, kindness, self-preservation and care, community, self-acceptance, and self-love.
