Your sleep problems, depression, anxiety, poor performance at work and relationship issues are often the result of current of past trauma. Many of my clients include those who have come from dysfunctional families where they experienced or witnessed abuse. For the past 23 years I have been helping clients to cope with and address traumatic experiences. I have extensive training and experience in the treatment of trauma.
