I am a devoted mental health professional who has traveled the world and gained a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life. I was raised in a military family, and later, I continued that legacy by joining the Army as a Paratrooper Medic. During my time in the United States Army, I had the opportunity to travel to 16 countries and all but three U.S. states, and I spent nine years living in Europe. My military background and experiences have equipped me to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals and cultural backgrounds. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals with Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Autism, and other mental health concerns. As a cognitive therapist, I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
