I have been working with individuals, families, couples, and groups since 1976. Counseling is a collaborative experience that empowers people in a confidential setting to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a person in long-term recovery myself and a veteran, I provide a safe and empathetic space to help you gain insight into your emotions through a recovery-centered approach. My own personal recovery has deep roots in spirituality. I help individuals, couples, families and groups to discover their inner strengths and walk alongside them as they uncover their own intrinsic resiliency.
