When I started becoming a therapist I started as a counselor working with perpetrators of domestic violence. I then worked in an IOP for people who had crystal meth/drug issues. I saw the trauma underneath anger, drugs, and how we act out generally (in relationships & with ourselves). I became trauma informed...about a lot of stuff. Now I help people who've gotten a bit lost from their own lives...they may have lost themselves. I help empower them to find themselves again. If you're a bit lost, don't know how you got here, are stuck, pissed off, anxious, in self-neglect or just want someone to talk to, I might be able to help.
