Life has its measure of joys and sorrows. In our modern society, it’s all too easy for the ‘sorrows’—stress and unhappiness—to outweigh the ‘joys’ in our lives. Maybe it’s our situation at home or an unfulfilling relationship. Perhaps our health took a downward turn or we lost our sense of purpose in a meaningless job. Life can place mountains in our path and our old ways of coping often stop working. But no matter how lost we feel in the bramble, we are capable of untangling ourselves and finding our way back to the light—to peace. For twenty years I have dedicated my life to intense spiritual growth. I knew I wanted to help people, so I endeavored to understand suffering, healing, and happiness on the most fundamental levels I could. I prefer direct experience as my way to genuine embodiment—you can’t give someone what you haven’t got. I’m here to offer what I know for myself.
