My ideal client is someone carrying the weight of past trauma, chronic stress, or unresolved pain that has begun to affect both emotional well-being and physical health. Many of the individuals I work with find themselves wrestling not only with anxiety, depression, or burnout, but also with deeper questions about faith, identity, and purpose. I specialize in supporting veterans, first responders, their families, and anyone who has been shaped by significant trauma or life-altering experiences.
