I offer online therapy for FL, NC, and SC and I understand two things; (1) Talking about hard things is hard! And (2), Starting therapy is a HUGE step and I commend you for taking it! In my 10+ years of experience, I have worked with couples, women and young adults that have been confronted with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, boundary-setting, relationship issues and/or life transitions. My role as a therapist is to create an environment that is safe and feels comfortable enough for clients to process their emotions and talk about difficult experiences.
