I offer relation-oriented, emotion-focused therapy to clients who seek to relieve symptoms, identify patterns, resolve conflicts, build satisfying relationships, find fulfillment in life, etc. My work is trauma-informed, with an understanding that traumatic experience is existentially inevitable in human life. I help young professionals, middle-aged people with domestic & work stress, immigrants, and women of all ages navigate challenging life situations.
