I work with clients from 6 yrs old above, including individuals and couples. I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, academic or career pressure, relational challenges, trauma, and ADHD. My approach focuses on helping clients process their emotions, reduce distressing symptoms, build effective coping skills, and strengthen their sense of self and resilience. I also work with parents and couples, facilitating family and couple sessions to address marital and parenting challenges, improve communication, deepen mutual understanding, and strengthen relationships. I offer Telehealth and in-person therapy. I speak both Mandarin and English. I tailor my approach to fit client's age, personality, and concerns. I like to dig with clients all the inner strengths they carry with them. With my unconditional and non-judgemental regards, client starts their healing journey when they feel heard, appreciated, and more confident.
