My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through meaningful relationships—both with ourselves and with others—when all parts of our experiences are seen, understood, and gently integrated. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them gain insight, reconnect with meaning, and move toward greater wholeness. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, parenting challenges, cultural identity and adjustment concerns, as well as spiritual issues and experiences of spiritual abuse.
